    baking powder - 8 g;

    flour - 240 g;

    cherry - 100-120 g.

    Cooking steps

    Mix again until you obtain a homogeneous dough, which in its consistency will resemble thick sour cream. Leave the dough to rest for 15-20 minutes.
    Sort the cherries, add cold water and wash well.

    Remove seeds from berries.

    Heat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, use a tablespoon to add the dough, forming pancakes. Immediately place several berries in the center.
    Pour about another half tablespoon of dough over the berries, trying to cover them completely.

    You will see that it is time to flip when bubbles appear on the pancakes - this means that they are baked and have risen well.
